Sarah has over 30 years of international experience in strategic planning consultancy, organisational development and talent management. She is passionate about helping leaders at all levels grow their confidence, improve self-awareness, and develop the people skills that drive team performance, well-being, and build organisations and businesses.

A qualified and experienced organisational development (CIPD) and change management practitioner (APMG), agile programme manager (APMG), and leadership and career coach (ICF), Sarah draws on a wide toolkit, using frameworks like Lumina, MBTI, Spectiv 360, and Lencioni, to deliver practical, tailored development support. She has worked across a wide variety of industries, with experience in e-commerce, engineering and education. With experience in global matrix corporates and PLCs, private SMEs, start-ups, and family-run businesses.

She is a Spectiv coaching partner, a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 2005, Chartered Institute of Change Management (as a volunteer for US Chapter and Sustainability SIG), and European Academy of Management.

Sarah has lived and worked in the UK, Canada, France, Ukraine, Germany, the Netherlands, South America, and South Africa, giving her valuable insight into cross-cultural leadership and collaboration.

Now based in the UK, she works with clients across all sectors, including professional services, tech, manufacturing, engineering and construction, education, and with sustainability-focussed organisations. For larger-scale projects, Sarah brings in collaborators and associates who align with her values, experience and quality output.

She is a Spectiv coaching partner and a member of International Coaching Federation, Change Management Institute, and the European Academy of Management.

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

What underlies the commitments are the UN SDGs. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals established by the United Nations in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. They aim to address various global challenges, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, and justice. The SDGs serve as a universal call to action for all countries to work together towards a more sustainable future for all people and the planet. Each goal has specific targets and indicators to measure progress, and they are intended to be achieved by 2030.

Phoenix Management Consulting’s particular focus lies with SDG 4, 8 and 9:
